Returns & Exchanges

At Shop Beer Gear, we want you to love your apparel as much as your favorite brew; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of purchase. All returned items must be in their original, unworn, and unwashed condition with all tags still attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Follow the prompts to download and print your prepaid shipping label, ensuring you select the correct reason for return to help us improve.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Place your items securely in the original packaging, attach the prepaid label to the outside of the box, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your package, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.
